Never done pole before? This class is for you. You will learn the basics, like moving around the pole, climbing, some simple spins, and pole grips while focusing on building strength, flexibility, and body awareness. All in a supportive environment designed to boost your confidence and help you get comfortable with the pole. We recommend taking introduction 3 to 5 times before moving to Level I. Please wear an outfit that shows some skin in order to properly grip on the pole ( arms & legs ) Avoid body lotion for your own safety and other's.
